Phone orders +(0)1536 770962 times are 09.00 till 13.00 or 14.00 till 17.00
weekdays UK time. You may use the split email option and pay with your Visa, Mastercard, Solo or Switch card. .
Please give the full name and number as on the card, expiry date and the last three numbers on the back by the signature. Add your title Mr. Mrs. Ms. etc. Full address with correct post code and the land-line phone number for the card address, and a daytime phone number if possible. i. e. Home and work phone number. You can E-mail your order with half the card number to
and other half with expiry date to Solo and Switch cards in addition to above we need more details. Please also give the issue number, and the start date.
If you use a PO Box number please give the street address of card. Please be
assured any information you give us we will not be used to send you any
unsolicited mail or pass on to any other person or third party. This
information is only to check with the card company that it is official use of
your card. These details are not held on a computer database.
Unfortunately credit card fraud is on the increase and to
protect against the illegal use of your credit card or its information we
have introduced additional security measures which will require authorisation
and confirmation of identity from your card issuer or bank on all credit card
orders. Without this clearance we will be unable to proceed with the order.
Mail Order retailers are particularly vulnerable to fraud as we are not
afforded the same protection as when the purchaser is present, your card or
its information can be used without your knowledge and in the event of any
unauthorised purchase being made with your card it is the card holder or the
retailer, not the credit card company who has to stand any subsequent loss.
We believe these security measures to be in the best interest of our
customers and apologise for any inconvenience or delay in your order being
processed.
